Polis University is a private for-profit university located in Tirana, Albania. It offers education in architecture, urban planning, design, civil engineering, computer sciences, environmental studies and similar subjects. The study levels offered are bachelor, master, and PhD.

 U_POLIS offers a "focused range of studies" in Art-Design, Architecture, Urban Planning and Environmental Studies, Engineering and Technology, public and private administration, as well as other profiles. At U_POLIS, studies are offered at four levels: Professional Education, Bachelor, Professional Master, Executive and Scientific, or Doctoral programs, as well as postgraduate training courses and certificates valid for licensing.
